Area native named to school’s dean’s list

Benjamin Snider has been named to the Executive Dean’s List at the Indiana University College of Arts and Sciences for the fall semester in recognition of outstanding academic achievement.

Eligibility for the list is reserved for students who complete at least 12 graded credit hours in a single semester, earning at least a 3.7 GPA.

Snider, a junior, has been accepted into the Berlin Modern Germany Program for the summer in the Overseas Study Program through Indiana University and will spend the summer break in Germany.

He is the son of Kelly and Dannelle Snider, Columbus, the grandson of Harold and Dottie Snider, Seymour, and Brenda and Steve Wray, Brownstown, and the great-grandson of Rose Wray, Brownstown.
