Get crafty with Santa at art center event

Santa and his elves will visit Southern Indiana Center for the Arts in Seymour on Saturday.

Those attending can have their photos taken with Santa, and Kay Fox will help make crafts, Don Hill will demonstrate printing technique from the past in the print shop, and Betty Johnson will give demonstrations about how pottery pieces are created in the pottery barn.

Mrs. Claus will bake cookies to serve with hot chocolate as families settle in and listen to a holiday story and sing a song or two.

There will be two sessions of the Holiday ARTventure at SICA, 2001 N. Ewing St. The first session will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon, and the second will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
