Marc Joseph Bujwid, 60, of Crothersville, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014, at his residence.

Marc was a member of Our Lady of Providence in Brownstown. He was a retired home health care nurse. He graduated from John Bosco Catholic High School and received his nursing degree from Long Beach City College. He enjoyed writing, reading, spending time with his dogs, fishing, watching cooking shows and talking to and spending time with his three sons and his grandchildren.

Born Sept. 18, 1954, in Montreal, Canada, he was the son of the late Joseph Bujwid and Francine VanGroetel Bujwid. He moved to Jackson County in 1990. On Oct. 4, 1986, he married Rebecca L. Kinworthy in Long Beach, California, and she survives in Crothersville.

Survivors include three sons, Eric (Pamela) Mammen of Lake Forrest, California, Phillip (Tiffany) Mammen of Corona, California, and Damien (Rochelle) Bujwid of Kerman, California; a brother, Richard (Ursula) Bujwid of Wyoming; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Avery, Nathaniel, Alexa, Callum, Damien Jr., and Max; and best friend, Ron McFarland.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A rosary service will be conducted by Father Daniel Staublin at 7 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Providence in Brownstown. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until time service Friday at the church.
