The Brownstown Central High School student council is sponsoring a blood drive from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the auxiliary gymnasium.

The public is invited to the American Red Cross blood drive at the school at 500 N. Elm St.

Blood donation appointments can be made through the Red Cross Blood Donor App, which also allows donors to track donation history and earn rewards.

Donors also can visit redcrossblood.org or call 800-733-2767 to learn more about the donation process or to make an appointment.
