NORTH VERNON

Rhonda Holleen Shoultz, 63, North Vernon, died at 10:26 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Ted Shoultz; three daughters, Jami McGovern, North Vernon, Courtney and Morgan McGovern, both of Columbus; one stepson, Whitey (Nina) Shoultz, North Vernon; one stepdaughter, Lori Shoultz, Indianapolis; one sister, Brenda (Cleveland) Howard, Milton, Kentucky; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Temple McGovern and Whitney McGovern.

Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Dove, Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
