Brownstown library to close for system updates

Brownstown Public Library will be closed Dec. 26 and 27 for an Evergreen upgrade.

The Evergreen program is a consortium of 107 public, school and institutional libraries throughout the state using the Evergreen Integrated Library System.

Patrons of member libraries can use their Evergreen Indiana library card to view the catalogs and borrow materials from the other member libraries.

These closings are in addition to the holiday closings of Wednesday, next Thursday, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.

The library is at 120 E. Spring St.
