The annual Christmas party of the Past Presidents Club, Jackson County Extension Homemakers, was Dec. 13 at Stahl’s Restaurant in Ewing.

Chairwoman Barbie Wischmeier read “A Kitchen Prayer” and led the blessing before the breakfast buffet, which included sausage and egg casserole, French toast casserole, fruit salad and quick breads.

Linda Eggersman won a guessing game, and Aryss Beebe and Jeanie Schneider won prizes in bingo.

The roll call response was a gift exchange, and 21 members attended.

Hostesses for the party were Veronica Bowling and Judy Wichman.

The next meeting will be March 21. Hostesses will be chairwomen Linda Eggersman, Barb Prince and Julie Nay.
