Piano pupils of Sharon Schulte Barnett performed during a Christmas recital Dec. 12 at Lutheran Community Home, 111 Church Ave., Seymour.

Family members, residents of Lutheran Community Home and the students made up the audience.

Those presenting music and their songs were Haley Williams, “Old McDonald” and “Good King Wenceslas;” Sam Beavers, “The Fairies’ Harp” and “Deck the Halls;” Gavyn Stagnolia, “Little Spring Song” and “The First Noel;” Ben Beavers, “Happy Birthday” and “Away in the Manger;” and Adriana DePaz, “Veil Dance” and “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!”

The recital concluded with the singing of Christmas carols. Refreshments of cookies, candy and lemonade were served.
