BUTLERVILLE

Janet Sue Howard, 71, of Butlerville, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Survivors include a daughter, Charlotte (Todd) Hempstead of Butlerville; a son, Wayne (Anita) Hoskins of Indianapolis; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Patricia (Russell) Lehman of Sebring, Florida.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre, Seymour.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery. 

Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association through the funeral home.
