Jackson County Public Library will offers the Middle Matters program for youth in grades 6 to 8 at 4:30 p.m. Fridays in January and February at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.
Participants will learn a small part of the history of modern movie making and build toward creating a short movie of their own. The programs and their names are:
Jan. 13 – Thaumatropes
Jan. 27 – Zoetropes
Feb. 10 – Props and storyboard
Feb. 24 – Stop Motion Animation
These iPad projects are supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Indiana State Library.
