Seymour library plans knitting, crochet program

0

Beginners can begin the new year learning to knit or crochet during Knit & Crochet Night at 6:30 p.m. Thursday and Jan. 22 at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Advanced knitters and crocheters can work on projects together each night. This group meets on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, led by volunteer Georgiann Coons.

Beginners should bring short, size 7 or 8 knitting needles or a J or K crochet hook and a ball of regular worsted weight yarn.

Experienced yarn-crafters may bring current projects or try the new patterns furnished to the group.
