NORTH VERNON

Larry “Bud” Tungate, 63, of North Vernon, died at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, at his residence.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Grigsby; daughter, Lisa Mae Tungate of Campbellsville, Kentucky; four sons, Larry G. Tungate of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Christopher Tungate of Columbus and Robert Tungate and Shawn Murry, both of North Vernon; two stepdaughters, Beth Baker of Seymour and Sara Bott of North Vernon; two brothers, Clifton Tungate and Max Tungate, both of North Vernon; five sisters, Roxie Mitchell of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Tassie Peak of Bardstown, Kentucky, and Carolyn Waltermire, Shelby Miller and Linda Hadley, all of North Vernon; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service in North Vernon with the Rev. Mike Biggs officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service Saturday.
