Clyde Vernon Goins, 76, of Butlerville, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at his residence.

Survivors include his son and daughter in-law, David (Becky) Goins of Butlerville; three brothers, Harold Gene (Deloris) Curry of Cedar Lake, and Frank Goins and William Goins, both of Clay County, Kentucky; seven sisters, Pearlie Mae (Dan) Szymanski of New River, Arizona, Barbara Lee (Ronnie) Stamper of Cedar Lake, and Lucy Pearl Goins, Marilee Goins, Gladys Goins, Sandra Goins and Della Jane Goins, all of Clay County, Kentucky; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter.

His wife, Nancy Reed, preceded him in death.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Butlerville Mennonite Church with the Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services and from 9 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
