Junior Disciples for Jesus has begun meeting Wednesdays at New Hope Church of Acme.

The group meets from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and learns about God’s word through crafts, science experiments and helping others. During the warmer months, there will be hiking, camping and other outdoor activities.

Attendees will have the chance to earn badges to display on a sash while learning to be a disciple of Jesus.

The church is at the corner of State Road 258 and County Road 100W in Acme.
