NORTH VERNON

Dorothy L. Corya, 89, of North Vernon, died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital,

Survivors include sons, Mike (Cindy) Corya and Mark (Lezlie Brooks) Corya, both of Commiskey; sisters, Velma Boardman and Anita Ashpaugh, both of North Vernon; daughter-in-law, Sharon Corya; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldo Corya; and sons, Bobby and Donald Corya.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service in North Vernon with the Rev. Jimmy Albertson officiating. Interment will be in Coffee Creek Christian Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of Jennings County.
