NORTH VERNON

Gloria Faye Taylor, 77, of North Vernon, died at 8:38 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, at Silver Oaks Health Campus in Columbus.

Survivors include her three sons, Alan Taylor of Westport and Tony Taylor and Chris (Karen) Taylor, both of Seymour; three daughters, Liz (Paul) Eder and Judy (Glenn) Heath, both of North Vernon, and Teresa (Randy) VonHoene of Scipio; two brothers, Greg (Sue) Pierce of Missoula, Montana, and Keith Pierce of Alabama; a sister–in-law, Kay (Ken) Miller of Columbus; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Gerald Taylor; and a son, Robert Taylor.

The funeral service will be at noon Thursday at Bethel Baptist Church in North Vernon, with Bro. Ricky Persons officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery in Vernon.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the church.
