The Seymour Police Department will accept applications for police officers and dispatchers until Jan. 31.

Applications are available at the department, 205 N. Ewing St., or online at seymourpd.com.

Officer candidates must be 21-35 years old at the time of hiring and submit copies of their birth certificate, diploma and DD214 (military service records) if applicable with the application.
