63 from county earn academic honor

Sixty-three residents of Jackson County were named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Ivy Tech Community College — Columbus.

The college names to the dean’s list any degree-seeking student who has accumulated 12 or more earned credit hours, is enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours during the term involved and earns a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.

Jackson County students named to the 2014 fall semester dean’s list are Brownstown residents Chris Allman, Samuel Ayers, Shawn Christian, John Freed, Angela Gagner, Christina Hamilton, Hope Elizabeth Martin, Timothy Maxie, Reuben Nehrt, Kaitlyn Perry, Darius Spall, Seth Spall, Cheryl Wingler and Jessica Wright; Crothersville residents Kayla Dover, Chantel Phillips, Benjamin Rothring and James Woodard; Freetown residents Alyisa Epperson and Desiree Steinkamp; and Medora residents Sierra Jackson, Jessica Pfeiffer and Jessica Wetzel.

Also named to the list were Seymour residents Glenda Anglea, Rhonda Barnthouse, Amber Batiz, William Beeler, Amanda Bogard, Rachelle Brewer, Kennedi Brown, Joseph Buchanan, Jason Campbell, Nikki Clevenger, Joshua Cordes, Katherine Downing, Jeffrey Gerth, Mark Gillaspy, John Guinn, Benjamin Hankins, Jacob Hill, Ronda Jones, Janel Kendall, Kiah Klakamp, Richard Kriete, Randall Lampkin, Chaille Luedeman, Jill Maddox, Morgan Milbourn, William Miller and Brian Monteil Ceja.
