CRESTWOOD, Ky.

Thomas L. Schepman, 65, of Crestwood, Kentucky, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Phyllis Schepman; daughter, Erin (Evon Rajewich) Schepman; son, Adam Schepman and his fiancée, Abbi Schuler; two granddaughters; brothers, David (Sue) Schepman and Jim (Pam) Schepman; sisters, Barbara (Dennis) Ramsey and Betty (Baron) Hill; and brother-in-law, Dennis (Mary) Partenheimer.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in La Grange, Kentucky, with visitation to follow the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
