With a strong response to the idea of showcasing past photos, The Tribune is running a weekly feature called “Throwback Thursday.”

Brooks Hunter graduated from Seymour High School in 1934. Hunter was the first Seymour graduating athlete with four letters, in four sports, for four years.

At his 50th class reunion, Chris Moritz awarded him with a trophy recognizing the honor.
