Phillip Earl McIntosh, 57, of Commiskey died at 6:25 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at his residence.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Grey McIntosh of Commiskey; a son, Shawn (Shawna) McIntosh of Franklin; a daughter, Lisa (James McNeelan) McIntosh of Commiskey; his mother, Marilyn McIntosh of Commiskey; three brothers, Herschel (Sherri) McIntosh of Franklin, and Bill and Robert McIntosh, both of Commiskey; three sisters, Susie (David) Hill of Commiskey, Mary (Mark) Nall of North Vernon, and Cathy Bondowski of Commiskey; and his grandchild, Bryce McIntosh of Franklin.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until time of service Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in First Marion Baptist Church Cemetery with military graveside rites.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society for esophageal cancer research.
