SCOTTSBURG

Kenneth Raymond Pursiful, 52, of Scottsburg, died at 2:19 a.m. Thursday, March 5, 2015, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Welch Pursiful of Scottsburg; four sons, Joseph (Melissa) Mason and Jonatan (Nakkita) Elliott, both of Columbus, Kenneth Michael (Chasity) Elliott of Lafayette, Tennessee, and Austin Elliott of Indiana; his father, Larry Pursiful of Halls, Tennessee; his mother, Diana (John) Harris of Paris Crossing; three sisters, Karen Greenlee, Lisa (Todd) Dickey and Kimberly Dixon, all of Columbus; a stepbrother, Richard Harris of Columbus; a stepsister, Theresa (Robert) Bailey of West Harrison; and five grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. today at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rush Branch Cemetery in Jennings County.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Safe Arbor Church in Scottsburg.
