The first VEX Robotics Jackson County Tournament will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Jackson County Learning Center, 323 Dupont Drive, Seymour.

The competition will feature teams from students in fifth through 12th grades at Brownstown Central, Crothersville, Seymour and Trinity Lutheran high schools. The winner will take home a traveling trophy.

The public is invited to the event, which is organized by Jackson County Industrial Development Corp.’s Workforce Partnership.
