One Seymour street is scheduled to reopen next week, while another will close, according to the office of Seymour Mayor Craig Luedeman.

Laurel Street between Pine and Poplar streets has been closed for stormwater utility repairs. The repairs are expected to be completed and the street reopened on Monday — weather permitting.

The second project involves a portion of St. Louis Avenue north of the CSX rail line between Chestnut Street and Indianapolis Avenue. That closure will begin Monday, and the road is scheduled to reopen March 23 — weather permitting.
