The Owl’s Nest 4-H Club met March 10 at the home of Macy and Missy Casner.

Roll call was taken and members discussed their current service project of collecting canned goods and nonperishable food items for Anchor House Family Assistance Center. To donate, people may leave items at the center, 250 S. Vine St., and mention it is in conjunction with the Owl’s Nest 4-H Club or call 812-522-9308.

Members discussed what types of activities they will be doing while visiting the Lutheran Community Home in Seymour and interacting with the patients in that facility next month.

Spring safety and health topics were discussed by local nurse, Suzi McDonald; and a demonstration on how to paint on canvas was performed by Macy and Missy Casner.

Missy Casner provided refreshments for the meeting.
