A free program to learn how to create a beaded mother’s charm necklace will be from 6 to 8:15 p.m. April 14 at the Seymour library, 303 W. Second St.

Volunteer Erin Ortman, a handmade jewelry business owner and social service manager in the Jackson County area, is the leader of this program.

Registration is preferred by April 11 by visiting myjclibrary.org/events or by calling the Seymour Library at 812-523-4636.

This program requires a registration prepayment of $15 for supplies and a list of birthstones of children at the Seymour Library checkout desk. Participants can borrow tools while learning this craft.

Information: Becky Brewer at 812-405-1833.
