An IU Physician’s health clinic will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays in Austin to provide HIV testing, treatment and prevention services and substance abuse treatment referrals.

That mobile clinic, opened in response to an outbreak of HIV in southeastern Indiana, will be at Foundations Family Medicine, 25 W. Main St., Austin.

The Indiana Department of Health also has opened an office at the Community Outreach Center, 2277 W. Frontage Road, Austin.

The office will allow community members to get vaccinated against Tetanus and Hepatitis A and B, obtain birth certificates and state-issued identification cards and enroll in HIP 2.0.
