Nina Marie Barnes Hornback, 74, of Seymour, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015.

Born Sept. 12, 1940, in Jennings County, she was the daughter of Margaret Barnes. On Dec. 25, 1995, in Las Vegas, she married Robert Ray Hornback. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Hornback was a member of the Eagles auxiliary, serving as a past president

Survivors include her children, Ronda Gossett and Dale Speer; a grandson, Robert Wilson; a great-grandson, Chace Wilson; a brother, Roger Barnes; sisters, Martha Smith and Sherry Bradley; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Barnes.

There will be a memorial service conducted at a later date at Seymour Eagles Club.

Memorials may be written to Veterans of Foreign Wars or Hospice of Schneck Medical Center.
