A support group for parents and grandparents who have lost a child or grandchild will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Vienna Baptist Church, 11 W. Leota Road, Scottsburg.

The topic of the month for the meeting of the Southern Indiana Compassionate Friends will be “Signs of Hope From Heaven.”

The group is not church-affiliated but does offer compassion and understanding, according to a news release.
