Patricia S. Trueblood, 73, of Seymour, passed away at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015, at Seymour Crossing.

Born March 22, 1942, in Columbus, she was the daughter of Roy T. and Josephine Spencer Carmer, both of whom preceded her death. On May 30, 1969, in Jonesville, she was married to Larry Trueblood by the Rev. Valentine Quillen Jr.

She was an active member of the American Legion Post 89 Ladies Auxiliary in Seymour. Pat had worked in the kitchens at the Ritz Cafeteria and Maid Rite, both in Seymour.

Besides her husband of 46 years, survivors include her sister, Maria Morris; a brother, Jerry (Judith) Carmer; an adopted daughter, Regina Wright; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Carmer.

An American Legion Ladies Auxiliary service will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Voss Chapel in Seymour.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service Wednesday.

Burial will follow at a later date at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison.

Memorials may be made to the Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center.
