Braves fall to Bull Dogs

COLUMBUS

The Columbus North boys golf team, the reigning state champions, defeated Brownstown Central 157-170 at Harrison Lake Country Club on Tuesday.

Seth Berry led the Braves shooting a 40, and Lance Hackman finished with a 41.

The Braves’ Levi Sweeney shot a 44 followed by Hunter Browning at 45, Chanler Fleetwood’s 46 and Jackson Wagner’s total of 49.

North’s Matt Vorndraw posted the low score with a 37.

The Braves will host Mitchell on April 13 at Hickory Hills Golf Club.
