SCIPIO

James Robert Krueger Sr., 79, of Scipio, died at 12:44 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Sue Krueger of Scipio; a son, James R. (Tisha) Krueger Jr. of Seymour; two daughters, Susan (Max) Tungate and Pam (Kim) Speer, all of Scipio; three brothers, Bill (Barb) Krueger of Scipio, Gordon (Pat) Krueger of Texas, and David Krueger of Maryland; five sisters, Helen Joyce of Vincennes, Donna Laycok of Georgetown, Diane Krider of North Carolina, Shirley Whitaker of Texas, and Vickie (Don) Richardson of Terre Haute; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Scipio United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dereck Fields officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.

Burial will be in Reddington Cemetery.
