NORTH VERNON

Cara Dawn Smith, 31, of North Vernon, died at 1:33 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2015, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Brady Stogdill of North Vernon; two daughters, Olivia Wade and Patience Stogdill, both of North Vernon; her mother, Patricia Smith of Seymour; her grandfather, Jim Joslin of North Vernon; and two brothers, Jerad Smith of Kentucky and Leonard Burton of North Carolina.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
