Podiatrist Dr. Brandon R. Gumbiner has been named a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, a group of physicians who have earned certification from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Gumbiner was board-certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rear foot/ankle surgery in September.

He is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in biology and a graduate of Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University. He completed a three-year surgical residency at St. Joseph Hospital and North Chicago VAMC in Chicago.
