Fitness program planned at Seymour Library

A local certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor will teach Be Fit: Thirty Minutes a Day — Stretch Out Those Tight Muscles from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. April 28 at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Registration is preferred for this free program taught by Becky Schepman.

Attendees should wear comfortable clothing.

Schepman is certified by both Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and American Fitness Professionals and Associates.
