Patricia Ann “Patty” Ison, 69, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus.

Born July 13, 1945, she was the daughter of Forrester and Ila Vae Ison, both of whom preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sisters, Terri (Steve) Wilson and Kathy (David) Chernicky.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Winn Ison.

A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour. There will be no public visitation.
