Freetown Church of Christ, 7077 N. State Road 135, will celebrate its 100th anniversary on May 17.

Brother Bill Teegarden, who was the minister at the church from Jan. 24, 1999, to Sept. 26, 2004, will give the morning message.

Sunday school will begin at 9:30 a.m., and morning worship is at 10:30 a.m. Special music groups will perform during all of the services that day.

A pitch-in dinner will be served at 12:15 p.m., followed by a program of recognition of all former ministers and the history of the church. Brother Barry DeWitt, current minister of the church, will give the afternoon message.

The public is invited to attend this special day and share in the fellowship.
