NORTH VERNON

Alma M. Ramey, 75, of North Vernon, died 3:58 a.m Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Heavern of North Vernon; sons, Robin Hall of Tampa, Florida, and Darren Heavern of North Vernon; stepson, Larry (Carol) Heavern of Panama City, Florida; brothers, William (Lee Esther) Ramey of North Vernon, and Paul “Mike” (Dottie) Ramey of Scipio; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerry Byrd officiating. Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery. A rosary service will be at 3:30 p.m. and visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Sawyer–Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service.
