The Patriotic Memorial Hot Rods and Hot Ride Run benefit for Disabled Veterans Wish Foundation of Indiana will start at 12:45 p.m. May 31 at the Crothersville-Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department, 200 Moore St.

Registration is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. To preregister, call Donna Smallwood at 812-793-3701 or 812-530-9422.

The ride will take about two hours and end at the fire department.

The cost is $20 per car or bike. Food and prizes will be furnished.

The band Pure Country will perform from 4 to 6 p.m., and the public is welcome to attend and bring lawn chairs.
