NORTH VERNON

Steven Lewis, 60, of North Vernon, died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at his residence.

Survivors include his guardian, Jennifer Florian of Columbus.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home

Burial will be at Butlerville Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Anthony Mars Trust Fund.
