Margaret Ann Brueggman, 89, of Blanco, Texas, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015.
Born June 22, 1926, in Shoals, she was the daughter of John and Gladys Tedrow Emmons. On June 4, 1950, she married Alfred F. Brueggman at Fort Benning, Georgia. He preceded her in death Jan. 17, 2005.
Mrs. Brueggman was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. For 35 years, she was the owner and operator of Brueggman’s Lock & Key.
She is survived by daughters, Delores Walker, Patty Harris, Donna Tiller, Deborah (Jeff Sr.) Otte, Dorothy (Michael) Turnquist, Diana Haines, Darlene (Don) Richardson, Denise (Jerry) Cash, Ann (Matt) Ilse and Amber (Will) Pannell; grandchildren, John (Gwenda) Tiller, Jeffrey (Kyla) Otte Jr., Jess (Alfred) Tiller, Joseph (Niki) Otte, Kimberly (Shaun) Cain, Angie Burke, Matt (Sheena) Burke, Hope Haines, Jeff Williams, Chris Ali, Michelle Root, Shawn Harris and Scott Harris; great-grandchildren, Cody, Cheyenne, Cailyn, Ashlyn, Katelyn, Kerrick, Kourtney, Kylee, Faith, Caleb, Katherine, Emerson, Chase, Shelby, Dalton, Madilynn, Carson, Alison, Mikenna, Kyle, Caitlyn and Channing; sister, Mildred Cox; and brother, John (Sue) Emmons.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, John Tiller; grandson, Lloyd Hines Jr.; brother, Edward Emmons; and sister, Lillie Chamberlain.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Voss Chapel in Seymour with the Rev. Marsha Rodenberger officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. until time of service Tuesday.
Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
