Tigers fall to Orleans in postseason play

The Crothersville baseball team struggled against Orleans pitcher Cale Hall, who threw a no-hitter in a 24-0 loss for the Tigers on Wednesday at the Springs Valley Sectional.

Clayton Byrd pitched three innings after Cory Needler got the start.

The Tigers will lose four seniors from this year’s team: Byrd, Needler, Tyler Williams and Matthew Bryant.

With the loss, the Tigers finish the season 0-20.
