Nora Beatty, 36, Seymour, pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia, a Level 6 felony; 30 months prison with all but time served suspended to be served on supervised probation; 62 days credit, 62 days credit time; ordered to submit to alcohol and program and pay court costs, probation fees, a $200 drug interdiction fee, alcohol and drug program fees and an $800 public defender fee; state agrees to dismiss second count.

Richard Scott Eglen, 55, Seymour, pleaded guilty to maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; one year jail-357 days suspended, 357 days supervised probation; four days credit, four days credit time; ordered to submit to alcohol and drug program and pay court costs, probation fees, $200 drug interdiction fee and alcohol and drug program fees; state agrees to dismiss remaining three counts.

Jessica H. Bowman, 31, Seymour, pleaded guilty to conversion, a Class A misdemeanor; one year jail-353 days suspended; 353 days supervised probation; six days credit, six days credit time; ordered to pay court costs and probation fees; ordered to pay $910.05 in restitution; state agrees to dismiss remaining four counts.
