NORTH VERNON

James Patrick “Jimmy” VanSickle, 37, of North Vernon, died at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2015.

Survivors include his wife, Crystal VanSickle of North Vernon; two sons, Shawn Michael VanSickle and Christian Allen VanSickle, both of North Vernon; a stepdaughter, Kershawnia Renee Peden of North Vernon; a stepson, Isaac Jay Beavers of Columbus; his parents, Charles and Doris VanSickle of North Vernon; and two sisters, Tracy Renae (Tim) Kistler of Seymour and Michelle Lynn (Troy) Schoettmer of Columbus.

The funeral service will be at noon Monday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home in North Vernon with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home. A Cub Scout Memorial service will be conducted by members of Cub Scout Pack 536. Burial will be in the Westport Cemetery with military graveside rites.

Memorials may be made for expenses.
