Southern Indiana Compassionate Friends will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Vienna Baptist Church, 11 W. Leota Road, Scottsburg.

The support group for parents and grandparents who have lost a child or grandchild is designed to let people know they do not have to walk alone through their loss.

This month’s topic will be “Father’s Day.”
