MEDORA

Roger Dean Phillips, 60, of Medora, passed away at 4:38 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2015, at his residence.

Born May 22, 1955, in Bedford, he was the son of Marlin Dean Phillips, who preceded him in death, and Reva June Shelton Phillips.

Roger graduated from Medora High School in 1974 and was a member of Medora Christian Church. He previously worked for the town of Medora, and he worked at Phillips Service Station in Medora. He loved fishing, camping and the outdoors.

Survivor include his mother; four sisters, Ginger Lee East, Bedford, Cathy Ann Smith, Medora, Vicky Lynn Phillips, Underhill, Vermont, and Tammy Sue McPike, Medora; and several nieces and nephews.

To comply with his wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be a family service at a later date.

Hague Funeral Home in Medora handled the arrangements.
