The Jackson County Public Library’s MINICON on July 18 will have a manga comic contest.

Artwork will be displayed on the day of the event and will be judged by popular vote. There will be one youth and one adult winner.

Submission forms and guidelines can be obtained at the Seymour, Crothersville and Medora libraries and on the Discovery Bus.

Entries must be submitted by 5 p.m. July 10. No exceptions will be made.

Contest rules must be adhered to, and the library reserves the right to remove artwork from the contest with cause.
