Eva Rae Taulman, 64, of Seymour, died at 6:12 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2015, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Taulman of Seymour; son, Herschel (Kellie) Wells of North Vernon; father, Jack Combest Sr. of North Vernon; brother, Jackie Combest Jr. of Indianapolis; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Rod Raines officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
