Abigail “Abbie” Criswell of Brownstown has been named a Christian Leadership Scholar honoree by the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky.

The scholarships, received by 93 students in May, acknowledge the contributions and leadership of deserving students to their churches and to other Christian organizations, according to a news release from the university.
