Susan Katherine Johnson, 50, of Columbus, died at 1:36 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital in North Vernon.

Survivors include her husband, Gregory A. Johnson Sr. of Columbus; two sons, Clayton Fox and James Fox, both of Brown County; father and stepmother, Virgil and Brenda Lambert of North Vernon; stepson, Gregory A. Johnson Jr. of Columbus; and three stepdaughters, Amanda Jo (Keith) Shipley of Twentynine Palms, California, and Heather (Donovan) Michaels and Trianna Johnson, both of Columbus.

In keeping with her family’s wishes, cremation is planned. Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon handled the arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
